Más al pedo que bocina de avión
sin aviso, da error de comunicación con el panel al pedir fotografías. debiera existir un aviso previo por parte de la empresa si es que la app tiene algún inconveniente, o bien la central misma.
I have been a customer since 1998. This app started well, but then it began to malfunction some years ago. Most of the times I coudn't disconnect the alarm or connect it remotely. And when it worked, it took forever. Useless for me.

Bring back the previous version! A quantidade de features que nao trabalham nesta nova versao é frustrante. As notificacões, quando se desliga a opcão na app, continuam a aparecer no nosso telemovel. Na câmera live já não se pode ver tão facilmente videos anteriores no ecran. A imagem da camera live nao aparece na home page da app. As cameras que nao sao live, quando se pede uma imagem, nao fazem o update automatico na home page. Why didnt you test it before launching it? It's a total mess
This app not work correctly, everyday when I try to disarm failure and them I most entry making huge noise, my neighbors complaining.
Since the last version (3.0.0) I'm unable to check any event. The app keeps crashing once I try to open any notification. Please rollback until this is fixed, otherwise the app is useless. Thank you. - - rb
The update is a disaster. App was working relatively ok and now its updated to a new version and isnt working. Who do i call for this???
Anything I use the app for, gives a "communication problems with panel" message: can't request a camera feed photo, arm or disarm the alarm.
